Notice of Proposed Rule: 5/28/2015: NYC TLC to hold hearing on New Proposed Rule (NPR) to change and amend regulations governing licensure of FHV dispatch applications. The public hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2015. The hearing will be in the hearing room at 33 Beaver Street – 19th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
